Research has shown immersing yourself in any creative process can be healing. Creative healing can be a way of attempting to reveal and heal some of the impacts from life's stress or traumas (whether it be from decades ago or yesterday) by facing them through one or more art forms. Using artistic imagery and creative writing, we will work together to portray both the pain and beauty from parts of your life story, creating a poetic photo journey. Revealing these truths can help show what the heart feels, the mind thinks and the body is still holding onto; Giving you a voice through art and a chance to let go of some of the weight of your pain.
